Terms of Use

Effective Date: December 20, 2025

This Agreement regulates the relations between individuals, visitors, and users (hereinafter referred to as the User) of the Ansi mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Application), and also concerns all information posted in the Application and provided by the User during its use, including audio tours, AI-generated interactions, and location-based services.

By starting to use the application's functionality, the User confirms that:

  1. They have read the terms of this Agreement;
  2. They accept all its provisions without any exceptions and undertake to comply with them.

If the User does not agree with any of the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Application.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Application is the intellectual property of Ansi (hereinafter referred to as the Company). All materials, including text, graphic, audio, video, software code, the specific design and personality of the AI Guide, and photo content (hereinafter referred to as Content), posted in the Application, belong to the Company or third parties who have granted the Company the right to use them.

1.2. The services provided through the Application are developed and maintained by Roman Kores (Legal Address: J. Funning 140, Montevideo, Uruguay, Tax ID/Registration Number: 7760013).

1.3. Use of the Application and its Content is allowed only within the framework of the functionality provided and on the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1.4. The User may use elements of the Application and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal tourism), provided that copyright notices and trademarks are retained.

1.5. The following terms are used in the Agreement:

  • Ansi Service — a digital platform owned by the Company, including a mobile application for iOS and Android.
  • AI Guide — The interactive, voice-based persona integrated into the Application designed to provide storytelling and navigational assistance.
  • User — An individual using the functionality of the Application.
  • Account — A personal section of the Service created upon registration (if applicable) by the User.

2. User Rights and Obligations

2.1. The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application and Content for the following purposes:

  • Accessing audio tours and AI storytelling on the User's personal device.
  • Navigating the map interface provided within the app.

2.2. Any other use of the Application or Content is prohibited. The User undertakes not to:

  • Record, scrape, or redistribute the audio content or AI voice responses for commercial purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI logic or the source code of the Application.
  • Use the Application for illegal activities or to violate the rights of third parties.
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Application's specific "Mascot" character or lore.

2.3. Safety and Physical Environment:

  • The User acknowledges that the Application is designed to be used while walking in physical environments (cities, parks, museums).
  • The User is solely responsible for paying attention to their surroundings. The User agrees not to become distracted by the Application in a way that endangers themselves or others (e.g., walking into traffic, ignoring warning signs, or trespassing).
  • The Company is not liable for any physical injury, accidents, or getting lost that occurs while the User is listening to the Application.

2.4. The Company reserves the right to restrict the User's access to the Application at any time without explanation, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

3. Terms of Use & Data

3.1. By using the Application, the User agrees to receive technical notifications and, if opted-in, promotional materials.

3.2. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data, including Geolocation Data, which is essential for the functionality of the AI Tour Guide (more details in the Privacy Policy: https://ansi.world/privacy).

3.3. The User acknowledges that the Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate responses and stories.

  • Accuracy Disclaimer: While the Company strives for historical accuracy, the AI Guide is designed for entertainment and storytelling. The Company does not guarantee that all dates, facts, or historical details provided by the AI are 100% accurate. The Application should not be used as a primary source for academic research or critical navigation.

4. Application Content

4.1. If the User submits materials (reviews, photos, voice prompts) to the Application, the User agrees to their free use by the Company for improving the AI model and marketing purposes.

4.2. The User guarantees that their provided materials:

  • Do not violate the rights of third parties;
  • Do not contain hate speech, obscenity, or malicious software.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Application is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation, GPS accuracy, or compliance with User expectations.

5.2. The Company is not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from the use of the Application.
  • Errors in historical facts provided by the AI.
  • Data usage fees incurred by the User's mobile carrier.
  • The User entering unsafe areas or restricted zones based on general directions.

5.3. The Application may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., ticket booking pages for museums). The Company does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The laws of United States apply to this Agreement.

6.2. The Company may change the Agreement without notice. The new version takes effect after publication on the website: https://ansi.world. Continuing to use the Application implies acceptance of the changes.
